At Busy Bee 3D, we take pride in creating fun, functional, and fabulous 3D printed products and want you to love your order. Because many of our items are made to order or customized, please review the following return and refund policy before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible, non-customized items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition

• Returned in its original packaging when possible

• Free from damage caused after delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide return instructions.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Because personalized and custom items are created specifically for you, customized products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless they arrive damaged or we made an error with your order.

Please double-check names, dates, spelling, colors, sizes, and other personalization details before submitting your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

3D Printed Product Variations

Because our products are created using 3D printing technology, minor variations may occur between items.

Small layer lines, slight differences in texture, minor color variations, or small cosmetic imperfections are normal characteristics of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings, and filament availability.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before production has begun.

Once a custom or made-to-order item has entered production, we may not be able to cancel or refund the order because materials and production time have already been committed.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as Busy Bee 3D cannot be responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

• Personalized products

• Custom-designed products

• Items made to your specific measurements or specifications

• Clearance or final-sale merchandise

• Gift cards
