Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Busy Bee 3D! Each item is carefully 3D printed, inspected, and packaged before heading your way. Because many of our products are made to order, processing times may vary depending on the item and current order volume.

Processing Times

Most Busy Bee 3D products are made to order. Current estimated processing times are listed on the individual product page when applicable.

Processing time refers to the time needed to create, inspect, and package your order and does not include shipping/transit time.

Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time depending on the design and complexity of the item.

Orders containing multiple items will generally ship together once the entire order is complete.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are determined by the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please keep in mind that estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update your package after receiving your shipping notification.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly update the address if the order has not yet shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.

Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require the customer to pay additional shipping charges before the order can be resent.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package is still in transit but appears delayed, please allow the shipping carrier additional time to complete delivery.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us so we can help determine the next steps.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Check around your home, porch, mailbox, garage, or other possible delivery locations.
Check with members of your household or nearby neighbors.
Allow up to 24–48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered shortly before the package actually arrives.
Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.

Please contact us if you are still unable to locate your order after completing these steps.

Damaged Orders

We take care to package every order securely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the shipping box or packaging, if damaged

We will review the situation and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Please do not discard the damaged item or packaging until the issue has been resolved, as photos or additional information may be required for a shipping claim.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Because custom and personalized products are created specifically for you, please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, colors, sizes, and other customization details before submitting your order.

Production may begin shortly after an order is placed, so changes cannot always be guaranteed once production has started.

Shipping Promotions

From time to time, Busy Bee 3D may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. Any minimum purchase requirements or other conditions will be displayed on our website or during checkout.
